SHIPPING
All FLISTYLE.COM shipments are sent via UPS.

While we try to get all packages shipped within 5 business days of your order, usually much sooner.  Please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the final delivery date.

Retail orders over $100 are free.  Orders under $100 are $3.95 per garment.

Wholesale orders will be charged based on standard UPS shipping rates.

RETURNS
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or a full refund. Merchandise received after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you're making an exchange because you want a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.

The return/exchange value is determined by the garment's last retail price.

Please note: FLISTYLE.COM DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE.  Merchandise that you purchased from a store or website other than FLISTYLE.COM cannot be returned or exchanged through us.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Once your package has been received by FLISTYLE.COM your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from FLISTYLE.COM.
